Install SmartBid
Install the extension, pin its icon, sign in and open any lot on Copart or IAAI. It is free.
Step 1. Install the extension
Choose your browser. In the store press the install button and confirm it in the browser’s window.
Microsoft Edge
Install from Edge Add-ons.

Step 2. Pin the icon
Pinned, SmartBid is always one click away in the browser’s toolbar.
Open the list of extensions
Click the puzzle icon to the right of the address bar.
Pin SmartBid
Press the pin next to SmartBid.
Done
SmartBid is now always at hand in the toolbar.
Step 3. Sign in and open a lot
The account is free.
- Sign in with e-mail and password or with Google (free)Click the SmartBid icon. No card is needed.
- Open any lot on Copart or IAAISmartBid shows the full picture on the lot page.
Other Chromium-based browsers (Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)
Install from the Chrome Web Store with the same Chrome button above: these browsers accept extensions from it.

What you will see
On a lot page, the SmartBid card appears in the right column: the seller, the full VIN, the sale time and the all-in price.
- The seller with a colour tag
- The full VIN, one click copies it
- The sale time in your time zone
- The all-in price in dollars and in your currency
