What SmartBid adds to a lot page
The card appears under the bid box on Copart and IAAI lot pages. Search results get labels, filters and sorting.

Your bid + auction fees + shipping to the port of Poti, then customs for the destination you pick: Azerbaijan (with delivery to Baku), Georgia or Ukraine, in US dollars and in the local currency. All totals are estimates: customs rules change and depend on documents the auction does not show, so check the final costs before you bid.

Questions
Is the free version really free?
Yes. Seller type, full VIN, sale time, the cost estimate and search-page labels are free; you only need a free account. Only Smart Search is part of the paid Pro plan.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. Click the SmartBid icon in the toolbar, enter your e-mail and the one-time code we send you, and tick the box to accept the Terms. There is no password; the account is created on your first sign-in. Until you sign in, SmartBid does nothing on auction websites.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open the SmartBid icon → Settings → Smart Search Pro → Manage subscription. It opens Creem’s customer portal, where you can cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can also write to support@alago.az from your account e-mail.
Can I get a refund?
No. Pro is billed monthly and renews until you cancel; you can cancel any time before the next renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Payments are not refunded, except where mandatory consumer law requires; wrong or duplicate charges are always corrected. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

No. SmartBid is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any auction company. All trademarks belong to their owners. All sale-time and cost figures are estimates.
What data do you store?
Your e-mail address, records that keep your sign-in secure and — if you subscribe — your Creem customer and subscription IDs, status and billing-period end date. No passwords, no card numbers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
